HP India — My laptop is not working

Am M SHAKTHI MAHESHWAR I have bought your hp 15s laptop in Big C, Tirupati near central park on February 2023.
From May 1st my laptop was not working properly there was a problem in my laptop.
I have visited hp care in tirupati, near bairagipatteda
But my problem was not solved again I'm getting the same trouble in my laptop it was not working

Due to this I have lost my job interview and my work from home opportunity
Please resolve my problem I give a new laptop for me, other wise I'll go for consumer court
