HP India — new commercial desktop not working

hello sir this is farhat pasha form daniya infratech pvt. ltd i ha ve purchase a commercial desktop from san computech pvt ltd new Delhi which model & Serial No. HP PC 202G1 sR. No. INA405RMXC after two days purchasing the system, system not worked proper automatic shut-down again and again i locked complaint regarding this to hp customer centre and complaint number is [protected] but there is no solution about my complaint and without my knowledge complain has closed without Solution. I ingratiation my new office with my staff on 9th of Feb. but that day system not worked and also not worked whole month of Feb please tell me who will pay the salary of my staff. there are 50000 loss from your side please tell me who will pay can i go to consumer court or anything else please show me the way. and after this is happened you generated a new complaint number [protected] wow this is disgusting. please show me the way I am attaching copy of bill farhat ali [protected] [protected]
