[Resolved] HP India — No support from HP Sysnet Service Center Jaipur | |||
I have purchased HP Pavilion 15-e006TU laptop Serial No. is "5CD325473G" from Flipkart.com my order Id is OD[protected], Order Date[protected]. I am facing some technical problem on this laptop screen so took my notebook on 26 September 2014 to the authorized hp service center Jaipur “Sysnet Global Technologies (P) Limited”. They took my notebook and give me two days to inspect notebook. After two days I went to the service station they told me that we are unable to verify your notebook bill from invoice and need some more time. Now every time when I go to the service center they told me the same thing “we are unable to verify you notebook bill”. I also asked to the flipkart customer executive regarding my bill issue and they answer me not to worry about bill from flipkart. I am fully exhausted with the hp service center executive. I think they are waiting for the laptop warranty period lapse which will be ending on 30 October 2014 and after that they can charge me service fees.
