HP India — non working of my desktop computer

As per instructions by customer support reprentative i check some basic technical things with his convince, i have not enough technical knowledge and customer support reprentative directed me to remove battery (I dont know what says that) of cpu and other things power cable, vga cable, push the power button for 20 seconds etc. But the system still the non working position.

And now information from mail that your case has been closed.

Kindly resolve the problem of non working of system.
