Dear sir
I am not happy with the hp customer support they never pick the phone
I bought the laptop and they didnt gave me the offer of warranty extend of 2 year in 999. I called the customer care the day one but they were not picking the phone then i mailed them about the warranty extend. They replied me after one week and told me the warranty was for one week. I told them that i know the offer rules but the customer care never pick the phone and the never give answer the mail.. And now for warranty extend they are asking 5 thousand rupees.
