Hi,
I ordered a chromebook from store. Hp.com online on the 13th of may 2020. The order was paid in full, and the website at the time of placing the order stated that shipping will start from the 18th of may. The order id being [protected].
I did not see any change in the order status till date (25th may) the status still shows processing. The following are the sequence of events that happened
1. I called up the helpline number[protected]. After being on call for more than 20 mins waiting a customer care representative came online and said he is making the order as high priority and i can send an email to [protected]@hp.com. I did the same on the same day and got no response.
2. I also sent a whatsapp message on the number mentioned for support on the hp website the same day but got no response.
3. I waited till friday and saw no change in the order status, calling the customer care again, i was made to wait more than half n hour on live call before someone came online. He assured me that the order will be shipped by saturday morning else i can go ahead and cancel the same. I again sent an email to [protected]@hp.com but got no response.
4. Saturday till 1.30 pm i did not see any change in the order status and called up the customer care, after multiple attempts and long wait a customer care executive came online. When i asked for order cancellation he expressed his inability in doing so stating that only the representative who helped me in placing the order can cancel it, and assured me that the representative (Sanjana - emp id[protected], will call me back by 3 pm on the same day and help me with the cancellation.
5. The call ofcourse never came. I again sent a message on whatsapp to no response.
6. I sent an email to [protected]@hp.com again, but again there was no response. I filled in the feedback form on hp store website and got an automated response stating that i will be hearing from them in a couple of hours, which did not happen.
7. I wrote on their facebook wall and all i got was a response stating that i should contact them on the whatsapp number provided on the website, and my post was taken down.
As i have requested multiple times, i would like the order to be cancelled and refunded the money for the same in full, with compensation for the long wait times and false promises and the lost time in following up with them.
