I ordered hp 250 g8 notebook PC on 3rd April.
Since then I have not received any information apart from the confirmation email. When I made the order, the expected delivery date was 6 working days. But I did not receive any tracking information or change of order status after that. I have already made the payment of a hefty ₹ 46, 636.00 and waiting for almost a week without any feedback. Even a ₹ 100 product in e- commerce sites are being dispatched and traceable on the very next day with accurate tracking information. But this is a disappointing experience for me after trusting hp. Now I am stuck as I have already paid the available fund in hand. But do not have any information about whether the laptop will be delivered. And I also cannot buy it in another platform.
The calls made to the hp support are of no avail and they just give the same random information that the order is being processed. When I question about the status. They say they will check with the team and will get back in 48 hours. But no response after that. Also a support ticket #97168 is open. But they keep giving random answer and ask if they can close the ticket if I do not respond in 24 hours. This is really frustrating and I never expected this kind of treatment from an esteemed organization like hp. I need a strict action and a quick feedback on my issue please. I am literally drained emotionally and physically trying to contact hp support everyday. Was this information helpful? |
