Purchased online along with laptop one time on site installation yt883aa. Laptop delivered on 3 may 2016. However there are no calls / update regarding the onsite installation for which rs. 973 was paid. When i call the customer support, am moved across 3 executives and with the last executive, i get a response that without the laptop serial number she can't proceed which is not available with me right now.
I wonder why you cant track a serial number to the invoice to the serial number of the laptop using an order number generated from your website. The laptop is lying packed at my house unused for the past 3 days. And why do you require a serial number for this deficiency in service??? Was this information helpful? |
