My laptop is not working well

I have purchased 15-R284TU laptop on july-24-2015, serial number is CND5131QRC, redemption code is 9207893.
The problem is laptop hinges have broken and it is under accidental damage protection along with warranty for 1 year
So, it is a request to resolve this issue or provide any technitian for this

What happened to my complaint process? Still in progress. I was promised to be called today by your Supervisor Anand Kumar between 11 and 12 but he has not called me yet. This is the kind of promise you make. If I dont get a call by today I would complaint and publish on all forms of media.

I am sorry I purchased your product as it is can only be used as a paper weight. I would strongly recommend my friends not make the mistake that I made. There is also an issue with the warranty. You gave me the option of addtional warranty of second year but no updation has been made yet.
