[Resolved]  HP India — paper jam mispic or needs service

I have purchased multifunction having serial No. CNJ8F1N5JZ product number CE845A. Since installation no engineer visited even for installation. The dealer did not turn up I have myself tried and doing needed work and other function is also not known. Now I feeling great trouble in paper feeding like paper jam, mispic or scanning feeder problem. I have also rub the roll as seen in the video of HP but all in vain after 1-2 times. Kindly depute engineer who may able to educate me about the all printer function and do service.
