This is regarding my order # [protected].
I have placed an order on 06/01/2020. The order consists of 2 item
1. wireless mouse
2. HP notebook laptop
On 06/15 2020 after 15 days of placing an order all I received is mouse that to after following up 3 times on customer care.
I still have no status update on when my laptop be received.
The website https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/sales/order/history/ still shows no delivery updates about laptop.
I had sent out and email to
hpestore.[protected]@hp.com and
in.[protected]@hp.com asking about the status of my order. there has been no response from them whatsoever. Was this information helpful? |
When I asked them to cancel the order . HP customer service agent is saying that I need to pay 5% penalty for cancelling the order.
In-fact HP should pay me the penalty for failing to deliver as promised and also compensate me for all the mental harassment that I had gone through while following up on the order status
Worst ever customer service experience in my life.
Never buying a HP product again
