This is a terrible way of handling the case by making your customers experience worse at every level. I was on call with one of your technicians sachin saroai and after wiping off the operating system from my computer he disconnected the call. I tried contacting your support numerous times after that and the technicians just keep transferring the call and when someone picks up the call they put it on a mute without saying anything. To make matters worse one of the technicians anamika rransferred the call without even notifying as i kept speaking.
This would have not been such a big issue if the technician sachin saroai wouldn’t have disconnected the call, and the intentions of the tech support were exposed when the above mentioned technician closed the ticket after disconnecting the call in a hurry without making an attempt for a call back.
You people put me in a tricky situation and then shut all doors on me when i was looking up to you for help tells a lot about hp as a brand.
I have sent the same email to your ceo

Hp inc.
And expect some action in this regards from him.
