I faced a black screen error with power button light blinking on my HP Laptop 2 months back (it has been logged as power issue as am unaware of the actual issue). I called customer care and later one engineer came to home and did replace battery and it worked fine. Then again within a week the same issue happened. Again one more engineer came and replaced Mother board and then it worked.
Now again for third time am facing same issue. My laptop is not powering on. Only black screen i see with no error message and power button LED light is blinking.
Now my laptop is out of warranty. Last time itself i have mentioned this issue is keep on recurring and seems there is bigger issue in my laptop and need extension of warranty or replacement of laptop. But there is no response from the team at all. Now my laptop is out of warranty and not sure how much it will cost me. Now customer care executives are saying it will be a paid service only and will not be covered under warranty.
First of all the machine itself is faulty and within a year of purchase am facing issue 3 times and now it is out of warranty as well. I need a solution for this. And i cannot pay for the service as well as i have informed about this recurring issue before itself. So either extend my warranty/ replace my faulty machine.
Fed up with the way HP respond to their faulty machines. Seriously concerned about this and in a mood to not to suggest HO products to anyone. Such an money hoarding company. Spent 60k for a laptop which is not in use within 12 months. How horrible it is. Was this information helpful? |
