I placed a commercial order for 2 units of 440-g4 for my small establishment using customer sales number[protected] on 8th july (Fri) and i told that i will be receiving the laptops on 15th july. After multiple follow-ups, from excuses like not received your money (Provided the transaction detail).. The person who has taken your order is on sick leave, the vendor is not ready with gst, invoicing system is under maintenance, the bluedart has got the address wrong.. Finally, i got the laptop delivered on 2nd aug.
My bad luck. One of the systems happened to be a doa (Dead on arrival) and would not power up. Which started my 2nd struggle. The team opened a doa case, one service engineer came and confirmed it is a doa. Now i am not able to get a replacement as they are not able to find my invoice and point to a group who is responsible to provide an exchange. I am being asked the question like are u sure you bought this from our hp customer support. Can you confirm which number you called.. Can you remember with whom you have spoken who has taken your order. And i am calling the team almost 2-3 times every week and it is going to be 4 weeks now.
I have sent two emails to [protected]@hp.com with no response and also send a post on "connect with hp" (Ceo email) without any response.
Anybody reading this post from hp, please point me to the right team person with hp who can solve my issue. Was this information helpful? |
