I’ve purchased HP-15ac025TX on jan 12, 2016. Within 2 months, this unit started making trouble.
its dvd tray have been replaced, after that part been replaced, it stoped working and then I complain for the same. They register the case with case id [protected] on july 18, 2016. And after a long wait HP service center replaced the motherboard. And as this replacement happened this causes:
1. Graphic card doesnt supporting my unit
2. Speakers are not supporting the unit
3. Intermittent wifi services
4. Most importantly RAM is not supporing the slot, that leads to ‘NO DISPLAY’ in the unit.
Today its august 7, 2016 and the there is no service is provided by the service center, its more than 20 days and more than 6 engineer visits and what they are doing is they further allivating the case . and my device is having 1 year onsite warranty with ADP cover. Still no solution provided, so due to the poor service provided, I don’t recommend you to by any HP product. Was this information helpful? |
