Action from hp: your service person came but not satisfied with his service
Your rep tell us to change the cartridge every time which is no affordable when we call to attend the problem
We r facing this problem from the day we purchase the printer we feel this a manufacturing defect we request you to replace the system if you do not replace we will go in consumer forum
