Dear sir

We have to purchase one new printer but some problem on your product.

Product no.: cz175a
Serial no.: cnb6j6fj60
Problem: when i give to command for print than paper block in paper tray and so the display in lcd jam in print paper path

Kindly replace this product urgently.
