I took MTS dongle in the month of April this year. Since then i am experiencing Network and speed issues. Evn if there are full bars the speed is very less i would be happy if i get 0.2 or 0.3 Mbps of speed, where as they claim a speed of 9.8Mbps.
I have raised several complaints which are may/2675, may/5618 and july/8166.
Every they were resolved with out even calling me back.
When i sent an email i had to wait for 3-4 days for a reply.
When i call them and ask to speak to supervisor they keep me on wait and then disconnect or tell me that the supervisor is busy and they will call me back. This is the worst experience in my entire life.
And i dont have time to call them every day. This is really pissing me off.
