I have purchased hp laptop on july 9 2019 and ordered for b&o headset h4 and it has been more than 4 months from the date i have ordered this headphone but still i haven't received that and i have mailed so many times and even called your customer care number so many times but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item. Please this is not very good behavior from your end. Please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible. Really got disappointed from the customer support.

There is a black spot in my laptop screen . my laptop is in warranty and I am not getting help from hp. I am a college student and facing so much problem please help me . battery is also not working well. no one in my area is helping in suitable way
