HP India — refund our money | |||
Hello, i ordered a product from hp on 20th sept 2017 with order id :[protected] and customer representative said to deliver product in 2 days. After a day i receive a message that product will be deliver to us by 10th october. We raised issue for cancellation on 21st sept. Still now i have not received cancellation confirmation from your end. Your spoke person gaurav said he will send me a confirmation after i mail him the details. Neither he did anything nor your customer support. I am really frustrated with your company customer care work. They are rude and even hang up the phone. I also promised myself that i will not buy any product of hp after this. The incident id for cancellation is cas22514z1v6d1. From 21st sept, i am wasting my 1 hour on your customer care and there is no result still. I had a talk with amarjeet, the guy who placed our order and promised and later on we had a talk with priyanka, gaurav, vishalkumar and numerous people everyday and still you guys have no solution. I will keep posting all details on each and every social site, so that many join hands to boycott your company as i will be doing right now. I respected hp alot and all of my previous product are from hp but now not a single product will be from hp. Lastly, you should respect customer which you dont and i think this will ruin your case. We are the buyers thats the reason you have work. Mind that and refund our money and dont deliver your product. Was this information helpful? | |||
