Dear sir,
I would like to tell you that i have purchased a printer (Hp laserjet pro mfp m132nw) from hp store on 19/4/2017.
The salesman told me that he will register my product for 2year warranty or he will give me a website where the 2 additional year warranty extended whenever you want to register and which is included in offer they provide, when i purchase which he (Salesman) never give me that (Website address). He also did not tell me about you have to register in 7 days and if nobody tells me about that, how can i know that this is your company policy?
And today when i call in store for additional year warranty they said you have to purchase that. The manager's behavior was not as your company standards. I have also send a mail about this problem i am facing to consumersupport. [protected]@hp.com from [protected]@gmail.com on 8th may 2017 and till now they haven't responded. This is what service you provide to your consumer.
You really need to look into this matter and solve the problem i am facing now.
