[Resolved]  HP India — Regarding error in e-Printing

Our department have purchased HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476nw, Product number: CF385A, Serial number: CNB6G6T28N and facing problem during e-printing. We submit my complaint on your toll free number and as response a e-mail received on 16.10.14 for complaint processing. After this many times we contacted HP executives on phone to resolve this problem, but they unable to resolve this problem. After contacting many times to HP executives they finally sent a e-mail on dated to me that your Case ID #: [protected] is closed which is very bad. So you are again requested to please sort out or problem because our department have very vast administration area and e-printing is the part of our daily work.
