HP India — Regarding Replacement of Accidental Damage part | |||
I had purchased HP laptop on 20th May 2015. In a month, it has been accidentally damaged. it is already covering the accidental damage warranty. i had lodged compliant in customer care. Service centre technician has assured your damage would be covered and one day service centre guy also assured your laptop is fully protected and your claim would be covered. but after one day they told you have to pay for it, it is chargeable. we cant give you claim . what type of double standard of HP is. is that mischief with customer. my complain id is [protected].
