HP India — Screen Issue- Very Bad experience in Customer service center

I took my laptop to Jayanagar service centre and it was in warranty. I had a screen flickering issue. They told me they fixed it and i got it back. But when i reached home, i had many lines on the monitor which i have never experienced before. When i took the laptop back to the center, they told they cant repair it again and it was out of warranty. Actually i never had the lines problem. It came after they fixed the other problem.
