I bought hp laptop on 2nd nov by spending inr 43, 000/- through hp retailer dream computer in bhubaneswar. There was an urgent need of it for my son's semester exams. Later when we came home & tried to load some hp software into it. The system went off & there was a complete blank screen. With a stringent follow-ups, we could have hp engineer at our place on 6th nov who has declared it as faulty (Suspected mother board fault). On 7th nov, we are given doa letter on mail. Now as per the process when we approached retailer, he denied accepting doa certification & shouted at us to go back to hp for any replacement. My all efforts to convince retailer along with your call center officials (Abhay & subham) couldn't be fruitful as he is totally adamant of not doing anything in this regard. I cannot wait further so request hp company to give me replacement with new laptop urgently or else refund my money immediately. Subham yesterday committed to revert back but not yet reverted on it. I had buy hp all in one printer in online on[protected].now its not working .i called customarcare but i can, t register my complaint.so i request your technical support to solve my problem.
