I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of my printer complaint through WhatsApp support. I have interacted with three different executives, and the level o[censored]nprofessional behavior and lack of resolution has been deeply concerning.
To provide a clear timeline of events, I would like to outline my experience:
On 21st June 2023, I initially contacted your support team through WhatsApp and spoke to the first executive (Saurabh)
. However, it was evident that they were highly irresponsible as they forgot the details of my complaint, displaying a lack of basic professionalism.
After 1 hour of chat, the executive told me that now a new CCE will attend to my problem. I waited for 45 minutes then the new executive responded.
Then I spoke to the second executive. He/She assured me that my complaint was registered and informed me that an email would be sent to arrange a technician visit. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication via email for the next two days, leaving me without any resolution.
In sheer frustration, I contacted HP support through WhatsApp once more on 23rd June 2023. Shockingly, the third executive informed me that no complaint was registered at all, contradicting the previous assurance. Only when I expressed my annoyance did they suddenly confirm that the complaint was indeed registered, but I am still awaiting the promised email for the technician visit and a quotation for the necessary repairs. He gave me case ID - [protected].
This repeated mishandling of my complaint and the inconsistency in your team's responses are completely unacceptable. I rely on my printer for important tasks, and this ongoing issue has caused significant disruption to my work.
I kindly request an immediate explanation for this unprofessional behavior and a concrete plan of action to resolve the problem with my printer. Additionally, I expect a prompt email with a confirmed date and time for a technician visit, along with a detailed quotation for the required repairs.
Please understand that this level of service is far below my expectations as a loyal HP customer. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take swift action to rectify the situation.
I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution to my complaint. Should my concerns remain unaddressed, I will be compelled to explore alternative avenues to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld.
