Hp — Issue with a laptop. Company denying responsibility.

I bought a new HP Laptop on 29 th November, 2022 from Amazon which covered a warranty of 1 year.
Just a few days back, I faced some problems and contacted the company for a service as I had the warranty. Although the technician visited, he refused to provide a service, claiming there were no evidence of me purchasing the product and so, there was no warranty.
I have emailed the company with the invoice and payslip from Amazon, they have not reverted back.
I facing serious issues with my laptop and I want it to be resolved as soon as possible.
Thereby I am attaching the Denial mail from HP, refusing to provide service as well as the invoice and payslip of me purchasing the product.
