I request you to send me a dupllicate CD for my Printer HP M 1136 MULTI FUNCTION PRINTER delivered to me on[protected], PRICE Rs. 10200/-
The CD i have received in the package is in a broken condition as it was not packed properly.
It was not in the CD Container—it was just kept in a paper packet which naturally got broken in transit.
The wrong package of CD in a paper cover has broken it in transit. I feel Amarva Retail-who has supplied this printer with broken CD is TOTALLY NEGLIGENT IN THIS MATTER.
It was not packed in a CD CONTAINER WHICH IS A ROUTINE PRACTICE WHILE SENDING THE CD WHICH WAS NOT FOLLOWED BY THE AmarvaRetail, Mumbai who packed it. This shows gross NEGILIGENCE ON THE PART OF “AMARVA - RETAIL“ MUMBAI. Because of this I am UNABLE to use my Printer.
KINDLY SEND ME A DUPICATE CD FOR THE PRINTER & OBLIGE.
I downloaded installation pack from HP Site but i am unable to install the printer & hence request for NEW CD
NONRECEIPT OF THIS CD IN REASONABLE TIME WOULD COMPELL ME TO APPROACH CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM.
Please look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest
