Hp — Negligence and delay in problem solving

We had complaint last year with id-----[protected]. A technician visited and told HP that a liquid spillage was found. But he didn't mention anything about the ROM.No work was done from his side and HP closed the complaint last year due to lack of information. We had to face many problems.

Again We complaint on 18th July ID [protected] because screen was showing the automatic repair error. A technician was assigned to solve the problem. He opened the laptop and told you need to just update the system and it will work the same again. After he had a word with my mother he told that there was problem with the ROM and said that Hp should never have closed the case last year as it was not repaired that time only. Even after the updates and everything, it just worked fine for a day and again started to have the same problems. The technician (Umesh) gave his phone no. to call him whenever needed but never picked up after trying multiple times. We again contacted Hp regarding this, to which they said to assign a technician as soon as possible and till date it's been over a week and no technician has been assigned. Now the laptop screen is showing no boot device found. My daughter is scared to even open the laptop as it pops up with some issue or the other everytime she opens it.

Sir, due to improper behaviour of service center side, my daughter had to suffer during her mid term exams. Again the end term of 4th semester exams is about to come in August. Service center never picks up the phone. They don't clarify the correct picture of laptop issue. We had complaint to Hp customer care by phone and narrated all the problems that we had faced. This laptop is still under warranty and I humbly request you to either change the laptop or repair it completely urgently. We haven't used the laptop even half a year properly and have faced lot of pain and discomfort because of it. There is problem with the motherboard and ROM. I kindly request you to look into this matter and solve this issue.
