[Resolved]  Hp — non repair of printer

Dear CNBC Pehredar, Sir, I have purchased a HP Printer 2515 from 731, PL Sharma Road, Near Vijay Shree Complex, Meerut (UP) 250002 on 25 Jul 2013 vide their invoice no C2C/SALE/250 dated 25 Jul 2013. Due to some problem on the said printer I approached to HP Service Centre Meerut (Balaji Plaza) (Phone No[protected]. But service centre refused the repair the same and charging a sum of Rs 1300.00. The said printer is on warranty period. They told me that you have used unauthorised cartridge. Sir we have never used unauthorised cartridge. You are advice further action on the subject.
