I have brought HP MFN 1188a and this printer was wrongly advised to me by sales person at customer care with code N5.
I brought the printer of 26th july 2023 and immediately contacted the technician support that the printer does not support mobile print .I talked to Mr Swapnil and a order was raised on 2nd August 2023 no:[protected] which on regular reminder the technical person attended on 16th August 2023 and told me that the printer does not support mobile print.i told him I am ready for exchange for which he said he will try.i again called up today the tech support team and unfortunately the same Mr swapnil was on line.i pleaded for an exchange and I was ready to pay the difference price and extra money as well.however he told me that exchange can be done only within 14 days of purchase. NOW HAD THE SERVICE PERSON COME IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORDER NO[protected] RAISED ON 2ND AUGUST 2023, I WAS WELL WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO EXCHANGE THE PRINTER. BUT SINCE THE DELAY IN SERVICE PERSONAL COMING ON THE 16TH AUGUST, THE 14 DAY PERIOD OF EXCHANGE WAS OVER.I EARNESTLY PLEAD FOR AN EXCHANGE TO MFN 1188w as soon as possible.
