Hp — Printer Repair Service not assigning till date

I purchased a Hp Smart Tank printer 530 on 18 July 2021. I got paper jam issue and complained for the same to HP customer care on 22 Jun 20211 within warranty period. They assigned one service engineer who tried repair my printer but the problem was not solved hence I again made calls to the engineer who promised me to visit again but did do so. Then I request many many times to HP customer care executives as well as their supervisors. Every time, they promised me to escalate my case on top priority to my nearest service center. But no engineer visited my printer. Between 23 Jun 2022 to till today i.e 16 Aug 2022, I made number of calls to customer care and requested to look into the matter and resolve my case. But they did nothing except promise. Now the same problem has been big and printer stopped working at all showing permanent paper jam in printer (even no paper is jammed inside). I was using this printer for my personal office and now my work is totally stopped due to this. I am facing lot of trouble along with facing financial loss as have to take printouts from outside. You are requested to kindly instruct the Company to stop humiliate customers by such type of services and compensate me to teach them a good lesson.
