We are purchased hp lj 1005m printer ( all in one ) & it was stopped working within 20 day's from purchased.
Purchase date - 25/11/2015
Incident date - 14/12/2015

Product stopped working suddenly due to power supply problem. After complaint given to customer care. They sent engineer to examine product. He told us power supply parts are ant bitten. & it will be replace in 2 to 3 day. After 4 day's he visit again & told those parts are not covered warranty. So repairing is chargeable. Customer care gives us quotation of part after 3 month. It is more than new product price. Repairing charges are more than product price.
1st visit date - 15/12/2015
2nd visit date - 19/12/2015
Quotation date - 14/03/2016

HP is the worst ever ... In case of mine I have a m4 pavilion 1012tx laptop. The mother board was changed for two times, audio port as been changed for 4-5 times, HDD has been changed for 4 times, , Optical drive has been changed for 3 times, , power cable (charging light issue) inside the laptop has been changed for 2 times, , , top panel along with touch pad has been changed for 1 time, , , keypad has been changed for 1 time. Battery got damaged after 6 months and the battery was not replaced by HP. Now there is a mark on the display and hp does not want to replace it, they said there should be at least 5 marks on the display in order to get the replacement. Now I am waiting for more marks to be appear on the display.

Moral is - pay 12k per two years and make sure that your HP laptop is always in warranty else you may be in huge loss.
