I purchased a hp pavilion x360. The billing date is 31st of march 2020. The warranty of the product should be of one year but it is showing that six months is left and six months has been exhausted. This means that the product was active before i purchased it. Please do the needful to resolve this issue.
The model of my product is hp pavillion x360 convertible 14-dh1010tu
