Hs Tapes — Material and money issue

This is KAMAL NIZAR, from FAA AGENCIES, KERALA
I have order the PVC insulation Tapes on 10/12/2020 of 10 bagS each bag contains 16boxes of PVC insulation Tapes of 30peaces and on the same date I have also payed amount Rs21600/- including GST.

But still they are not sending materials or not paying the money back.
Requesting to solve this promptly.

After the above complaint on 6 MAR 2021

M/s HS TAPE send me a GST Bill through my WhatsApp ( invoice Number HST/542, dated 9 MAR 2021, qty 10 Bags of 4800 pcs of insulation tape, Amount Rs 21598 ) and till date they are not sending the material to me. and I am not sure the copy of the GST bill which they have send through WhatsApp is fake or not.

Every day they are saying material will send today and nothing happened so far, and after 11 days this financial year[protected] will be finished and how I will submit the bill in this financial year, if the material not received.

I am waiting for the material from 10 DEC 2020 and till date 100 days over.
Kindly do the needful to get me either material or my money Rs 21600
