HSBC Bank — Complaint against hsbc credit card/J.M. Finance | |||
Dear sir/madam, i am Lalit Kumar, recently i have purchased cibil report, in cibil report showing due to hsbc / jm financial credit card ( as per cibil records [protected]) outstanding amount (around rs.86606/-) showing in cibil, i shocked how hsbc credit dept do that. .i was not user the any credit card of hsbc bank/ jm financial as well as not purchased any item through this hsbc credit card. in-fact i didn't receive any credit card statement/ reminder mail of this hsbc credit card for that days. suddenly i got only two calls from hsbc credit card dept., · 1st call in fy2010-11, for credit card payment worth of 60000 inr. i explained that i havent reciecved any Credit card they told me that the same is delivered at my residence address which was empty plot in 2007-08 then he told me i used the card in gaziabad electronic shop i never used/purchased hsbc credit card in Gaziabad Electronic Shop, but he was not in listening mood and used the abuse language. i told so many times, that i stay in gurgaon and i havent done any purchase in electronic shop in Gaziabad and i ask also that guys, without my signature how to rise bill electronic shop man, if you have scan soft copy, then send me on my email id, but till no one send me the any scan copy. that period i called seven times to the hsbc customer care, they are not provided me request number/complaint number, just they told me i’ll pay credit card payment, and they are forcing me to pay without any proof. but i’m not purchase anything, then why should i pay unnecessary amount to hsbc/jm finance credit card dept. wrongly updated in cibil report. 2nd call i think in fy11-12, same story above the 1st point, for credit card payment worth of 86, 000 inr. i told give me the all hsbc credit card statement but he was forcing me only pay the hsbc amount, i asked also send me the soft copy(scan copy-electronic shop bill) and statement, but he sent me only amount, not any details. i called that persons, but they are not supporting to provide the correct information as well as not giving any response. i was really in very trouble. for jm finance they are not supported/listing me for hsbc credit card payment was fraud bill and also they are not provided me scan copy for bill with my signature. please give me the solution. or where i complaint it against hsbc/jm finance. because i was not purchase anything then why should i pay unnecessary amount. cibil just update/listening only bank not consumer. i complaint in cibil but till not they respond me. now every bank they not giving me any loan because of hsbc/jm finance showing payment due in cibil report. i was not purchase anything then why should i pay unnecessary amount. but no one listening. please hsbc credit card/j.m. finance help me sort out this matter. thanks, Lalit Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
