HSP Media Network — Bulk sms message not delivering

We have purchase 3 lacs ( 2 lacs and 1 lac on various dates) bulk messages from this company as a reseller and sold it to various parties. When the bulk messages are being sent they are not delivering at the clients mobile. We have prepared an excel file which shows the list of all the numbers on which the messages have sent and delivered ( or not delivered). We have sent this file to HSP media's mail id ( ashlesharaval.[protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@hspsms.com) on 27/10/2015 and informed them on phone about this. After that we have tried to contact them several times on phone to discuss it but they have not answered our call. They have not been picking our calls and not replying to our mails. 9 days are already gone and our customers have started complaining in a big way. We have become helpless. We have paid the rs 13500 for their services and it appears we have been duped by them. Now we want our money back as we are not at all satisfied with their services.
