I Have Purchased 1.5 Lack Transactional SMS From HSPSMS Media Network But After Few Days SMS Are NOT Delivered End User. Also they can change the sms priority without any confirmation.

This Company is real fraudster.
They generate false reports and claim that the messages are sent.
Their panel sends messages 2 times on same no. from single file and they charge 2 credits for same.
The owner is very rude when you call to complain and says call every customer from huge database and confirm about the messages, is this the way to talk to customers?
