I have purchased 1lac promotional and 50, 000 transactional message from hsp media on august 10th.

The messages are not at all getting delivered. Our clients are shouting at me. I have raised the service complaints on august 11, and august 25th. No response. I have asked for refund. The person doesn't receive the call. Downright cheats! No ethics!

HSP Media Network Customer Care's response Hello,

My dear client is abusing us and our female employees and threatening us also doing fraud with us so we have blocked him and we cannot allow to misuse our services or use any cheap behaviour.

We will be legally suing my client as my client is giving badwords to our female employees.

We would like to inform all the you have misused the sms by spamming and as per TRAI Rules and our policy we cannot entertain you for such fraud activities.

Please dont put up things on your baseless claims and we have delivered and always commited for our serives.

We have more than 5000 happy customers working happily with us.

Naveena why do you purchase sms from them, dont you search for hsp media before placing the order. they are big frauds. whatspp me at [protected] so we can add you in our group, as we are in processing of legal action against hsp media jointly.
