We renew our ht media subscription online, but after almost 1 month till now we have not received any gift from HT media . We also call on ur given customer care no. but they refused to send our gift to our address & said that we will not receive gift because we renew it online. What is this either online/offline but if we renew it then u must send our gifts too ..such a disheartened behaviour. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
