HTC — Phone not working properly | |||
My phone was making a lot of trouble so i hv submitted it to the service centre on 31 january 2015. My job id is - DEL[protected] and ticket no. is 15INA[protected]. Almost a month has passed but my phone hs'nt been repaired yet. Whn i visited service centre to ask for the same, they told me tht manufacturing of tht particular phone has been stopped and so time is being taken. IN One year this is the fourth time i am visiting service centre with problems in my phone. Its touch, audio jack, is not working properly and it also has issues with its microprocessor, may be thtswhy company stop its manufacturing very soon. All I wnt is to get my phone replaced with some other model of same price because if its manufacturing is closed, thn if in future if it causes problems thn again a lot of time will be taken to resolve it as it is being taken in this case. this phone has issues from the beginning thts why i hve to visit service centre four times in a single year . I have brought my phone htc desire 526g+ dual SIM just one month ago and now I forgot when I have used myself for more then 15 minutes.some times it hangs, sometimes when I press any application touch not responding, phone automatically shutdow, so very poor handset.when i brought it my friends were very surprised because phones look and functions very nice, they were planning to buy the same handset but I have suggested them that if you will buy this phone it would be wastage of money.

I have brought my phone Htc 526G+ dual SIM just one month ago and now I forgot when I have used myself for more then 15 minutes.sometimes it hangs, touch not working, processing very slow, always take 5-10 minutes to open any application.when I buy it everyone said me waoo what a phone and 5-8 of my friends planned to buy the same phone but now i have advise them please don't buy this phone it would be wastage of money.
I have bought the HTC phone recently in Poorvika Dealer, however i had the problem in touch screen, touch not working properly also charge often down from the 3rd week of buying, i have buy this mobile with lot of excitement with trust of HTC company and also i am in new user of HTC, before i had using the Samsung galaxy past three years, that mobile there is no problem affecting to till date. Now i have submitted my HTC phone under service, i totally upset due to this issue also i thought i made mistake to choose the mobile company to buy the costlier mobile also might be this is the defected piece i bought, can you please do the needful to get the replacement for new mobile.
My Mobile phone model is HTC desire 826 Dual sim, bought on 18th April 2015.
phone is not switching on
My phone battery died and soon i placed it to charge. It showed an orange blinking LED light at the time of charge, however despite charging it for couple of hours, the screen has not turned on. The phone is dead.display flash messages
