The technicians came to my house in old dlf colony, sector 14, gurgaon to repair the electrical lines . after the completion of work, kept me calling from diffrent numbers at anytime of the day/night and kept on texting in appropriate messages in whatsapp.Thanks to true caller that i got to know that the calls were from Befikr.in Reported the issue with their manager but not much help. I told them that i will report the issue to police but they did nit disclose the name of the technician. Was this information helpful? | |||||

These guys send some person who was least bothered to Refill GAs in my AC, he even said that you should contact local AC vendors for the purpose and try avoid Befikr, and within 48 hours now the AC gas leaked and still I am back to square one after paying heavy fees and when i called few times the CUSTOMER CARE they have not send anyone and its more than 3 hours as of now, and when u buy services they send in couple of hours ! This service is ### and fooling people !
