Dear Team, I would like to address one complaint in the name of india times shopping. I have purchased the product on 15th January and refunded it because product was different from the product I ordered. I am chasing them for my refund however, they have not refunded my money till now. Neither they are giving me any reply or any specific date. These kind of companies has no fear that they would be penalized. They do whatever they want to do. Dear Law : If everyone is equal in the eyes of Law then why there is special leverage given to them. There should be a timeline for these kinds of matters.
