Https://www.pancard-online.org — applied for pan card correct

I have applied for pan card name correction, on https://www.pancard-online.org
It asked to update all my details and documents
After that It asked to pay 499/- Rs which I transferred online through my HDFC bank account.

At last it said that email will be sent to my email ID for further document to be sent.

company has received a payment and I got the email from 3rd party payment
gateway about payment received with transaction details.

After that there is no email / update. I tried to contact on the numbers given on the website but all numbers are switched off, I sent email but no reply.
