I live in Pune and i wanted to send a cake to my friend who lives in delhi on his bday(14-Feb-'15). I ordered a 1/2kg chocolate truffle cake and wanted it to be delivered at 12 midnight (was charged INR 300 extra) with a message on the cake. fraud happened: Some "low quality and cheaper cake" was sent at the friend's address and it was not delivered at midnight but was delivered at "4pm in the evening" thus destroying the surprise. I am very unhappy with the fraud service provided by "http://www.rosenpetals.com/" Their customer care people are very rude. They don't reply and they cut calls from customers.
