The cake I have ordered from this site delivered too late & was completely different from which I have ordered. The customer care also very disappointed, not answering to the calls after once I talked to them. Also the operater was quite rude. They have completly misguided till my order delivery & lie to me until I placed the order that it will deliver soon. Was this information helpful? |

This is to confirm you that as per our records, we had informed you that delivered product may not be exact replica of displayed images and may vary in shape or design as per the availability, though all attempts shall be made to deliver the same product as displayed image, the same has been given in our terms and conditions also. Regarding customer service complaint, we are sorry for the unpleasant behaviour of our staff. We shall certainly look into this seriously.
