This is to bring to your kind attention that due to failure of the booster pump, the residents of three major residential complexes viz. Trendset Hill Top, Sai Aashirwad and Jaya Residency located in Vijaya Hills Road, (Next to Hundai Show Room & Yousuf Function Hall) in Red Hills area, A.C.Guards have not been getting the supply of municipal water since two months. During the period, the supply was restored for about a week as a result of repairs. Very soon, the booster pump stopped functioning. Despite several oral representations to the officials concerned, the problem has not been resolved. As a result, we have been suffering a lot.

We, therefore request you to arrange for installation of the booster pump and restore water at the earliest.
