Complaint reg chokage clearance dt 07/05/2016, token no.9657. My service connection no.[protected]. In spite of repeated reminders, no action is taken. Horrible smell and even the manholes within the compound likely to get overflown. To my great surprise, after my follow up with the online executive, I received a message intimating the complaint is solved.Can someone pl look into this?

Hmwssb — can:032102611 - Meter reading SMS on 25.6.2015 not yet reweived by concerned official.

The meter reading of 1391 was SMS on 25.6.2015 and the corrected water bill not yet delivered/sent by concerned official for payment. Please send the reviewed and corrected water bill URGENTLY for enabling to make payment of same.

sir infront of our house drainage is overflowing from 4 days.we are not able to bare the smell and inconvenient to go out side. so please take immediate action
