Sirs I am resident of Banjara Hills Road No. 12, Bhadruka Lane, H. No. 8-2-682/B/8/1, I am paying monthly bills regularly since so many years, but no water supply to my house only whereas all other residents gets the water regularly. I made complain to water works offices located at Banjara Hills, but of no use. I am paying the monthly bills also paying for the tankers. I request you sirs, to look in this matter and if possible to provide me the new line connection, for which I will bear all the expenses. We have lodged many complaints to local office verbally and by call centre. But there is atleast no action of response. So we would like to know for what reason we are paying the water bill for this many days even for not using we don't understand. The toal line itself no water supply for many of houses.
