Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — Broken Manjeera water pipe line by a contractor

I resident of plot no 185, Gayathri nagar, Godavari homes, Jedimetla village.
Here at my residence while doing new Manjeera pipe line connection the contractor intentionally broken my old mangeera pipe line and he is not even interested to repair it. It has been a week since I am waiting for the problem to resolve and there is no contact of the contractor either. Plea help me we don’t have water for usage and drinking for the last one week.
